I originally took my car to a chain to have them fix an issue. While they tried, the issue kept recurring. After they acknowledged they did not know what was causing the issue, I took my car to the service center at Capital Chevrolet. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. Rather than just turn my car back over to me, they took the time to continue testing to make sure the issue would not re-occur. Now instead of having to buy another car, my car is working great again.

I have had work done at this dealer a couple times now. I am from out of state and unfortunately after moving down here my car decided to die on me. Several other dealers closer to where I live were very unprofessional and rude when I tried to figure out what was going on and even treated me as if I was dumb when I asked simple questions. I called capital chevrolet with the idea that they would treat me the same but I was very surprised. Jody was who first talked to me and he went above and beyond to help me understand the problem with my car, and walk me through what they were going to do to help me fix it. He also had to deal with my pesky warranty company, who I know wasn't enjoyable at all. They helped me in a timely manor and sent me on my way. Recently I have had recall work done and Jody again helped me and made sure I was taken care of. He arranged transportation for me with the dealer while my car was being fixed due to a faulty part. Sadly, my car has decided to completely die on me and once again Capital has gone above and beyond to help me. This go around Bill is helping me and again he has done nothing but go out of his way to take care of me and my car. He has worked with my dad and I to figure out exactly what to do in terms of getting me safely back on the road. Again the warranty company has been less than helpful, but Bill has worked hard to figure out the issues and get my car resolved and put back together. I am forever grateful for all the kindness these gentleman have shown and all the help they have given me during my time here in Raleigh. I recommend this dealer to all my friends and will go nowhere else. Their service is impeccable and the best I have ever had. Thank you to everyone who has helped this "non-car" person get back on the road safely.

GREAT Used Car buying experience

I recently purchased a used car from Capital Cheverlot. I brought my Trailblazer in to have them address a recent recall issue, but was also on the fence about getting something else. I was greeted promptly by Robert Kenney and the rest was cake. Robert wasn’t pushy or aggressive at all. He listened to the whole story and was happy to help with my recall service, but also asked if he could show me a few options. I described what I was looking for and he immediately took me to the car I ended up leaving with. He was very knowledgeable and went point by point how the vehicle he was showing met every one of the needs I explained to him earlier. Once we decided that was a go, he escorted me in made sure I had all the information I needed. Not only that, but instead of just passing me off to the next department and going about his business, he stayed with me and made sure I understood every part of the rest of the process. At the end of the day, I was extremely satisfied with my whole car buying experience. I was given more than anticipated for my trade and given a good deal on the new vehicle. What’s even more impressive, is after the sale, Robert walked me out to the car and sit in it with me to make sure I was completely comfortable with how the car worked, how to use the interface, and answered any last questions I had. His start to finish and post sale customer service has made the whole affair easy and stress free. I highly recommend Capital Cheverlot and if you’re looking for your next ride, go see my boy Robert Kenney. He’ll get you fixed up.
